5. Payment & Refund Policy

Payment Terms: Payments must be made in full before project commencement unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds: Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are only provided if we fail to deliver the agreed-upon service within the specified timeline.
Late Payments: Late payments may result in service suspension until full payment is received.
6. Intellectual Property
Any content created by Edeinet for clients remains the property of the client upon full payment.
Edeinet retains the right to showcase non-confidential work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Users must not copy, distribute, or resell our services without prior written consent.
7. Confidentiality & Data Protection
We respect your privacy and handle your data responsibly. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information.
We will not disclose your confidential information to third parties without consent, except as required by law.
8. Liability & Disclaimers
No Guarantee of Results: While we strive for high-quality services, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, including YouTube growth, job placement, or business success.
Limitation of Liability: Edeinet shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.
Third-Party Services: We may integrate third-party tools, for which we are not responsible for their performance or security.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate services if users violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.
Clients may terminate services with written notice, but fees paid are non-refundable.

These terms shall be governed by applicable laws based on the user’s location and Edeinet’s business operations.
